You will ultimately be responsible for your own success within the territory, ensuring quarterly incremental revenue growth, new logo acquisition and customer retention, whilst providing the best sales experience possible for our customers. **Responsibilities**
- Responsible for prospecting, presenting and proposing Aware solutions to net new customers
- Follow up and nurture leads generated through a variety of sources
- Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during complex sales cycles
- Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to continuously open doors and build pipeline
- Targets & establishes contact through outbound prospecting and in-person visits to prospective customers
- Develop successful methods to prospect, qualify, and close opportunities that deploy Aware software solutions
- Exceed activity, pipeline and revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis Conduct detailed and effective one-on-one and group sales presentations
- Update and track customer and opportunity information in CRM (SFDC)
- Detect market trends in biometric identification and flow those findings back to marketing and product management
- Represent Aware at industry events
- Collaborate with BDR, Marketing and other resources to accomplish goals
- Travel is required

**About You**:

- 7+ years in new business development experience
- Track record of successful past performance
- Excellent active listening skills
- Must have both the sales skills and product knowledge to tailor and deliver effective presentations
- Experience in selling SaaS to large enterprise customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Track record of success in software sales for enterprise customers
- Biometrics, Financial Services and/or Gaming experience is preferred but not required

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
