The primary role of the of the Scheduling Coordinator is to coordinate and update treatment schedules for all ABA clients and staff.
Spanish speaking and/or RBT experience is a plus
**Duties**:
- Coordinates and schedules all clients' treatment sessions.
- Maintains up-to-date records of clients and staff availability and schedules.
- Responsible for day to day scheduling adjustments for clients and staff, as often as needed.
- Ensure that clinic schedules meet the clinical recommendations for clients.
- Collaborates with clinical team to establish and schedule start dates for new clients.
- Communicates all schedule changes to Behavior Analysts and management timely.
- Monitors clients' schedules to maximize hours and availability.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
