The primary role of the of the Scheduling Coordinator is to coordinate and update treatment schedules for all ABA clients and staff.


Spanish speaking and/or RBT experience is a plus


Other Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and schedules all clients' treatment sessions.
  • Maintains up-to-date records of clients and staff availability and schedules.
  • Responsible for day to day scheduling adjustments for clients and staff, as often as needed.
  • Ensure that clinic schedules meet the clinical recommendations for clients.
  • Collaborates with clinical team to establish and schedule start dates for new clients.
  • Communicates all schedule changes to Behavior Analysts and management timely.
  • Monitors clients' schedules to maximize hours and availability.
  • Develops coverage plans and communicates to relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Complete monthly schedules and updates for ABA therapists.
  • Tracks and addresses clients' and staff attendance/cancellations.
  • Maintains respect and confidentiality for all clients. 
  • Maintains excellent rapport with patients and staff, and effectively promotes harmonious interpersonal relationships regarding staffing schedules.
  • Adhere to the mission, visions, and values of Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
