As a Manufacturing Scheduler, you will be responsible for orchestrating and optimizing the production timeline for large-scale industrial power electronics equipment. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that manufacturing processes align with client demands and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically plan production activities and timelines based on customer orders.
  • Collaborate with production management to enhance operational runtime.
  • Formulate and present production schedules for managerial approval.
  • Modify assembly plans to meet production targets effectively.
  • Communicate material availability and production continuity issues to the team.
  • Analyze material shortages and coordinate with logistics and procurement to find solutions.
  • Generate shortage reports and work closely with Procurement and Warehouse to ensure timely availability of parts.
  • Assess capacity requirements and provide insights to the Production Planning Manager to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels to achieve planned inventory objectives.
  • Create and issue requisitions for materials and components.
  • Release manufacturing orders to the warehouse for processing.
  • Maintain and update scheduling documents and production metrics.
  • Utilize ERP systems to generate assembly work orders efficiently.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in production scheduling within an assembly environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build successful relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in areas of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP systems.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10%, occasionally with short notice.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle systems.
