Key Responsibilities:

  • Treatment Schedule Coordination: Coordinate and schedule all clients' treatment sessions, ensuring seamless communication with the clinical team.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of clients and staff availability and schedules, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Scheduling Adjustments: Make day-to-day scheduling adjustments for clients and staff as needed, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Clinical Recommendations: Ensure that clinic schedules meet the clinical recommendations for clients, promoting effective treatment outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the clinical team to establish and schedule start dates for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Communication: Communicate all schedule changes to Behavior Analysts and management in a timely and professional manner.
  • Client and Staff Management: Monitor clients' schedules to maximize hours and availability, and develop coverage plans to ensure continuity of care.
  • Reporting and Administration: Complete monthly schedules and updates for ABA therapists, and track and address clients' and staff attendance/cancellations.
  • Confidentiality and Respect: Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients, and promote harmonious interpersonal relationships regarding staffing schedules.
  • Adherence to Company Values: Adhere to the mission, visions, and values of Reliant Healthcare Group, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral therapy setting.
