Marketing/trade Show Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, organize and manage all trade shows.
- Plan and book event spaces, hotel room blocks, and other trade show related events.
- Lead planning, logistics and ordering all booth services.
- Coordinate inventory of products, literature, supplies and promotional items for the booth and events as well as shipping to and from the tradeshow.
- Manage the trade show budget.
- Producing marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures, and catalogs.
- Website maintenance such as ensuring all the links on websites are working, regularly updating content, and fixing any broken links.
- Produce and edit videos that will be uploaded internally and externally.
- Proficiency in shooting video with DSLR or other camera as well as lighting and audio techniques.
- Ability to maintain various social media accounts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Misc. assignments
**Requirements**:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Must be familiar with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
- Must be familiar with YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Familiar with shooting video with DSLR
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
