Job Description: As a Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Salesperson at Empire Imports, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with the marketing, sales and purchasing to coordinate campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize efforts across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and sales strategies with the Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms and online presence.
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and digital content.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive marketing and sales improvements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-promotion and lead generation.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Help with managing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Support the organization of trade shows, conferences, and other sales/marketing events.
  • Assist in customer relationship management (CRM) system updates and lead tracking.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website management.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with various departments.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Basic graphic design skills
