- Conceptualize and develop a variety of events that align with the kava bar's brand and customer interests.
- Plan events for regular weekly occurrences, holidays, and special occasions.

**Marketing and Promotion-**
- Collaborate with local influencers, community groups, and other businesses to boost event visibility.

**Execution and Logistics-**
- Coordinate with bar managers to ensure all logístical needs for events are met (e.g., staffing, supplies, setup).
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Manage event budgets and track expenditures to stay within financial constraints.

**Customer Engagement and Feedback-**
- Engage with customers before, during, and after events to build relationships and gather feedback.
- Analyze feedback to improve future events and address any issues that arise.

**Reporting and Communication-**
- Regularly update bar managers and owners on upcoming events, requirements, and any potential issues.
- Provide post-event reports detailing attendance, customer feedback, and financial performance.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of proven experience in event planning and management.
- Strong marketing and promotional skills, with experience in social media management and content creation.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in graphic design software and marketing tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for community engagement and a strong understanding of kava bar culture.
- Local knowledge of Naples, Florida, and existing community connections are a plus.

**Compensation/Benefits**:

- Base salary of $20,000 per year (negotiable)
- Bonus incentive of 20% of sales during events that exceed average sales for that night.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
