**Responsibilities**
- Data entry and review - posting invoices, etc
- Balancing statements and finalizing data
- Processing accounts payable batches
- Filling
- Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers as a back-up receptionist when needed
- Daily deposit
- Process cancellations
- Aid in onboarding new hires
- Help process payroll for approximately 60 employees
- Billing out deals, dealer trades and wholesales
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Previous dealership experience
- Maintain regular attendance and timeliness as set forth within work schedule
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
