Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Account Manager to join our team in the West Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue goals
- Motivate and educate peers to drive and maintain a 10X opportunity pipeline
- Create and present compelling proposals and presentations for clients and internal use
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients
- Properly record account activity and sales opportunity pipeline within our CRM system
- Build and maintain strategic account plans
- Represent our company and your personal brand to senior-level executives within the automotive industry
- Become a trusted partner to your team members and clients to drive loyalty and long-term product success
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry
- 5+ years of advertising/media sales experience (broadcast or newspaper preferred, digital advertising solutions and agency experience also considered)
- Solid business acumen and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Track record of high success with high-volume, short sales cycle solutions
- Proven high closing ratio ability to demonstrate successful sales achievement
- Strong personality and ability to network
- Effective presentation and follow-up skills
- Proficient at Microsoft Office products and Google Analytics
- Ability to travel up to 60% overnight within your territory
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Residence in the West Region
