Our Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of an organization and maintaining effective communication between leadership and various teams. While providing high-level administrative support to the Kattsafe General Manager or other senior personnel within our organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for General Manager and Sales staff on an as needed basis
- Drafting reports, presentations, and memos when necessary
- Coordinating events, conferences, and team activities as well as refreshments needed for the event/meeting
- For large or company wide meetings support presenters as needed and provide comprehensive note taking during the event
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Addressing issues proactively and efficiently.
- Managing files, records, and office supplies.
- Adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Requirements & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative roles.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Salesforce, and INFOR
- Highly detail oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
