Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department and providing excellent administrative support to our staff and clients.

**Duties**:
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Type, file, and organize documents and records
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Understanding of food industry and practices desired
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is desirable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
