Overview:
Presbyterian Homes & Services -** Towner Crest in Oconomowoc WI** is seeking a **Part Time** **Administrative Receptionist** for its team.

Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, vendors, and guests.
- Comfortable answering, transferring and communicating with incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide a helpful and friendly first point of contact for guests, vendors, families and residents.
- Ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
- Contribute to a positive environment.
- Handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
- Ability and desire to learn new skills for technology based systems

Technical skills:

- Demonstrated computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Microsoft 365 & Sharepoint knowledge strongly desired

Personal Attributes:

- Highly dependable.
- Organized, with ability to prioritize tasks, time management, multi tasking, meet goals and deadlines.

Schedule:

- Wed, Thursday and Every Other Friday 8-4:30 pm
- Holiday Rotation with abbreviated hours

**Salary**: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour

**Responsibilities**:
The Administrative Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and public relations needed for quality care and services to all customers. In addition to answering and transferring all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner, also serves as an information resource. Additionally, the role may perform a variety of administrative & marketing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school graduate preferred.
- (12) twelve months work as a receptionist or other office clerical/administration is desired.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with various office equipment such as copy machines, multi-line phones, fax machines, etc.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency and experience in various programs including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher and Word is desired.
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
