**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Accounts Receivable operations including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Handle inquiries and discrepancies related to accounts receivable with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support in the payroll department when needed.
- Support the Human Resources department with various administrative tasks including but not limited to: employee onboarding, record-keeping, and maintaining HR databases.
- Assist in organizing HR-related documents and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues independently and propose innovative solutions.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scheduling as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related financial roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial records.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve independently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Experience in Human resources administration is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
