Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper

Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Assist in accounts payable processes
- Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage, Quicken, QuickBooks for data entry
- Support technical accounting tasks as needed
- Collaborate with the accounting team on financial concepts and corporate accounting procedures
**Experience**:
- Prior experience in accounts payable or general ledger reconciliation is preferred
- Familiarity with accounting software like Sage, Quicken, QuickBooks
- Knowledge of technical accounting principles
- Understanding of financial concepts and corporate accounting practices

Pay: $20.64 - $24.86 per hour
