**What you'll be doing**:

- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Parts inventory of fast-moving parts as determined by Yamaha (min of $3,000).
- Trained Technician that has passed certain training modules designed by Yamaha
- Net Working Capital of $200,000
- Must be approved by YMFUS for Floor line of $100,000.
- Analyze each Distributor territory and determine if there are a sufficient number of sub dealers in the territory and if not, identify areas where additional dealers may be needed and assist the Distributor in finding a new dealer to cover that area. The ultimate purpose of this position is to promote non golf sales within the Distributor territory. Increase PTV and Utility Vehicle sales to non-golf facilities.
- The National Distributor Manager is responsible for the development and execution of a long-term sales plan. The National Accounts Manager needs to manage all aspects of his position as if it were his own business and constantly monitor his budget and expenses. Extensive travel and overnight stays are required for this position.
- Attend various functions like, but not limited to, The annual PGA, GCSAA, Golf Inc, CMAA, NGCOA Shows & functions, The RSM Classic, The Annual Business Summit, various PGA Section events and any Management/National Account function as requested.
- Location must be deemed by Yamaha as an acceptable retail location and the operation must include at a minimum the following:

- an enclosed or covered new car display area for a minimum of 3 units
- a service area with a minimum of 3 service bays
- a parts area of at least 600 square feet
- an annual new car purchase commitment of 20 units
- maintain a representative mix of a minimum of 6 units at all times
- unit storage area for a minimum of 20 units (new and used)

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 8-10 years of sales or sales management experience
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid State Driver's Licenses
