We're a nationwide events company seeking a top-notch Event Production Manager to lead our team of weekend warriors. You'll be responsible for creating the ultimate crawl experience for our guests and overseeing a team of event production professionals.

Our events have food & drink themes, and typically attract 500-1000 participants to multiple bars & restaurants in a walkable neighborhood.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of event/hospitality/service _management _experience
- Knowledge of the service industry
- Ability to manage and motivate staff
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle stress and solve problems quickly
- Comfortable in high volume, fast paced, alcohol-infused environments
- Ability to learn technology and teach it to others (i.e. how to use an app)
- 21+ years of age, or older

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and train event staff
- Set up and take down equipment
- Ensure event compliance with regulations
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and communities
- Use iPhone and credit card devices
- Welcome 500+ guests and educate them on how the event works
- Help onboard customers to our event app and problem solve any technical issues

**Events**:

- June 29th Mimosa Fest
- Sept 7th Tacos and Margs

**Availability**:

- 2-3 hrs for paid training (one time only)
- 2 hrs of your time 5 weeks before each event
- 2 hrs of your time 2 weeks before each event
- 2 hrs of your time the day before each event
- 8.5 hrs day of each event (10:30am - 7pm)

**Perks**:

- Paid training (2-3 hours)
- $400-500+ per event
- Outside of event dates, other hours can be scheduled flexibly

Pay: $400.00 - $600.00 per month
