Culinary Event Manager

The Maggiore Group Corporate is seeking a talented Event Coordinator to enhance our event and catering operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain event standards, ensuring that the team is well-prepared and events proceed seamlessly.
- Actively pursue new clientele and promote our venues for various events.
- Work closely with the marketing department to generate business both within and outside our venues.
- Build enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their event expectations are not only met but surpassed.
- Maintain open communication channels, keeping all internal teams informed and ready for success.
- Oversee the entire event process from initial concept through to execution, including setup and follow-up.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in orchestrating events and catering within a restaurant or restaurant group.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food service standards, and regulations.
- Proficient in budget management and cost control techniques.
- Familiarity with event planning software and reservation systems is essential.
- Resourceful and adaptable, with the ability to handle unexpected challenges effectively.
