HR Office Assistant

A successful HR Office Assistant has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, and keeps informed about company hiring and internship programs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. (Prescreening)
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
**Job Requirements**:
- Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases + a plus
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
**Schedule**:
- 4 hours daily 10am-2pm (flexible)
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Office/Admin: 1 year (required)
- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
