Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary:

The Bilingual HR Assistant will play a pivotal role in daily administrative and HR functions, serving as a liaison between HR and primarily Mandarin-speaking employees. This position requires driving as part of the responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and updated human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Address frequently asked questions from applicants and employees regarding standard policies, benefits, and hiring processes; escalate complex inquiries to senior HR staff or management.
  • Provide clerical support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist employees requiring HR-related appointments, offering guidance and support as needed.
  • Support the processing of foreign workers' visas.
  • Be willing to travel for work-related purposes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by HR management.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is essential.
  • Proficiency in common HR applications and computer literacy.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with U.S. culture is advantageous.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Skills:

  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Driving capability.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices.
