Marketing Coordinator to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users in North America. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic, and revenue by strategically implementing all aspects of the social media marketing strategies. Social media Marketing should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand on the various social media marketing channels, exposing the brand to the potential customers, generating the new customer base and increasing the revenue by providing support to current and prospective customers.

Job Duties
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, videos, etc) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer support, technical service, shipping, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Collaborate with other influencers, find a list of proper matches
- Carrying out social media and marketplace advertisements; Google, Facebook, Amazon,
- Develop and maintain web-store design and contents/ SEO
- Create tutorial videos and contents by having models and photographers get involved
- Plan and implement sales events & campaigns on holiday seasons
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Conduct market research and analysis directed by management and get it reported to develop marketing strategies
- Communicate and help customers with troubles in regards to product qualities
- Manage and develop good customer reviews on Social Media Channels

**Qualifications**:

- Associate Degree or equivalent experiences or backgrounds
- Fluency in English - bilingual preferred, English & Korean
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Attentive to detail & accuracy

Work Location: Tustin, CA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
