The OpportunityWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Influencer Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement paid and organic influencer marketing strategies to support new product launches, seasonal activities, and business objectives.
- Manage a full-scale influencer program that meets brand and product marketing objectives and delivers content to target audience demographics.
- Provide day-to-day oversight of influencer initiatives and monitor against agreed-upon performance metrics.
- Oversee influencer partnerships for key consumer and brand events, ensuring activations are effectively leveraged through creator collaborations.
- Work closely with organic and paid social teams to ensure content and strategies are aligned with program efforts.
- Develop content strategies for influencers and ensure that the output of content is in tandem with the brand's goals and objectives.
- Manage program relationships with influencer agencies and drive accountability.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices, bringing learnings back to the organization to inform our strategy.
- Develop monthly quantitative reporting and performance metrics, reporting results to program managers and company executives.
- Prepare and distribute qualitative reports on the latest influencer industry trends and opportunities.
- 3+ years of experience in influencer management for a large company or agency, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Experience handling programs for both macro and micro/nano influencer programs simultaneously, with multiple business objectives attached.
- An explorative mindset, unafraid to experiment and try new tactics.
- Ability to translate business goals and objectives into strategy and tactics for influencer marketing programs.
- Experience in measuring, recapping ROI, and replicating best practices.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively and analytically.
- Agency management experience preferred.
