The Opportunity:
We are at the forefront of transforming pet care through innovative technology. We are seeking a Creative Marketing Lead who is ready to think creatively and contribute fresh ideas to our marketing initiatives. This role will serve as a crucial link between strategy and execution, ensuring that our creative outputs are visually striking while also being strategically aligned and performance-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction & Strategy: Spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative concepts for marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with brand strategy, target demographics, and performance objectives.
- Insight-Driven Creativity: Utilize market research, consumer insights, and performance metrics to guide creative choices and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborative Engagement: Work alongside digital marketing, product marketing, and design teams to ensure cohesive integration of creative materials across all platforms.
What You Will Do at VeSync:
Creative Direction & Strategy:
- Develop and oversee creative concepts for marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and experiential.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and video producers to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Ensure that all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and messaging strategies.
- Manage the production of various marketing assets, including digital ads, print collateral, website content, videos, and social media graphics.
Insight-Driven Creativity:
- Employ market research and consumer insights to inform creative strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Conduct testing and evaluations to assess the impact of creative variations on key performance indicators.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to assess the effectiveness of creative assets and campaigns.
Collaborative Engagement:
- Partner with digital marketing to ensure the seamless integration of creative assets across all channels.
- Work with product marketing to devise creative strategies that support product launches and encourage adoption.
- Engage closely with the design team to maintain brand consistency and elevate the visual identity of Pawsync.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative marketing or advertising role, with a proven history of successful campaign development and execution.
- Experience in consumer products or related industries.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing your creative work and ability to translate insights into compelling visuals and messaging.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
