The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Research and Development, Marketing, and Business Development to develop and execute strategies that ensure the successful commercialization of our products.

This is a full-time position based in our Operations facility located in Tustin, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercialization, product management, or marketing within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

  • Create strategic marketing goals and strategies to drive product sales and revenue growth.

  • Develop and execute detailed go-to-market plans, including identifying audience, executing product launch, marketing campaigns, distribution strategies, and sales channel development.

  • Drive sales by generating new leads, converting leads, and nurturing existing customers.

  • Continuously monitor sales performance and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing success.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless commercialization process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in commercialization, product management, or marketing within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and commercializing products, preferably in the biotech sector.

  • Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool.

  • Understanding of website metrics and best practices.

  • Full knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads.

  • Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing.

  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

  • Results-driven mindset with excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

The estimated hourly range for this position is $26 – 32 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
