**Responsibilities**:

- Answer all incoming calls within three rings, ensuring a Five-Star guest experience
- Schedule guest reservations accurately and introduce each guest to a minimum of add-on services.
- Take guest product and gift card orders
- Maintain and report service schedules, timing, and pricing in Zenoti
- Keep current with products and services, including timing, benefits, and pricing
- Provide education to guests regarding company initiatives and beauty industry trends
- Attend and actively participate in monthly department meeting calls
- Support Neroli location social media content creation
- Demonstrate flexibility by handling other duties as assigned by leadership
- Participate in goal-setting and contribute to the overall success of the team
- Other duties assigned by leadership

**Required Qualifications**:

- Hospitality experience in a call center environment, with preferred outbound and inbound call experience
- Exceptional communication skills with guests and team members
- Well-versed in the beauty and wellness industry
- Strong customer service skills with a sales-focused mindset
- Proficient in administrative tasks using the Zenoti computer system
