Situated courtside in Cream Citys dynamic hub of sports, culture, and entertainment, The Trade offers 207 luxurious rooms and suites plus destination dining with a rooftop restaurant and lounge boasting stunning city views.

How do I make an impact on my team?
Our friendly Evening Hotel Guest Service Representative provide attentive and courteous service, all while creating a memorable and personalized experience for our guests.
  • Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
  • Willingness to work 2nd shift - 3pm - 11pm
  • Willingness to work weekend shifts
  • Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests needs
  • Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Work in cooperation with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Use computer system to make reservations, check-in and check-out guests and process payments
  • Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipment
  • Ensure safety and security of the property, staff and guests
