**Compensation**:

**Responsibilities**:
Portfolio Management:
- Oversee the management and performance of a commercial real estate portfolio comprising 500 units.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize asset value and performance.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and net operating income.
Operations Management:
- Ensure efficient and effective property operations.
- Oversee day-to-day property management activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
Financial Oversight:
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Capital Debt Market Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and investors.
- Oversee debt financing activities, including sourcing and negotiating loan terms.
- Monitor market trends and assess their impact on the portfolio.
Property Management:
- Supervise property management teams to ensure optimal performance.
- Address tenant issues and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Implement effective leasing strategies and tenant retention programs.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the business.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and coordinate various teams to meet company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans for growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPM, CCIM) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing large real estate portfolios.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of construction management and experience overseeing renovation projects.
- Familiarity with capital debt markets and experience in debt financing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in property management software and financial modeling tools.
