The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and adept at managing intricate tasks and projects with a constructive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster their career growth.
  • Oversee the entire month-end financial closing process.
  • Collaborate closely with the Controller to facilitate audit processes and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and reforecasts for various expenditures.
  • Administer payroll operations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow activities.
  • Develop and uphold internal controls to protect company resources.
  • Coordinate with external tax consultants to ensure compliance with tax obligations.
  • Support additional projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • CPA certification is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • Highly organized, driven, and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
