**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Perform light bookkeeping duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Quickbooks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in calendar management.
- Previous work in a real estate or legal office setting.
- Customer service or customer support experience.
- Ability in proofreading documents.
- Familiarity with phone systems.
- Previous role as a personal assistant.
