**Compensation: $20.54-$22.04 Hourly DOE**

**POSITION OVERVIEW**
- Effectively manage, motivate, coach, and formally evaluate the performance of all assigned staff and officers.
- Assist with the development and implementation of measurement and evaluation tools for efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and costs/benefits of each area of responsibility.
- Excellent conceptual and critical thinking skills, present ideas in a clear and compelling manner with strict attention to detail.
- Emotionally intelligent with excellent people skills and ability to develop and manage successful business relationships with clients and prospective clients.
- Strong personal presence, credibility, and high integrity.

- Complete patrol stops and site inspections at static accounts on a regular basis.
- Provide training, guidance through mentorship and corrective counseling for Security Officers.
- Make recommendations for the creation, modification, and updating of policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines as they relate to field operations.
- Respond to incidents in the field proactively and in response to requests for assistance from any Secureone Security Manager, Supervisor, Assigned Agent/Officer and Client.
- Continually review all aspects of the Field Support for potential improvement and profitability.
- Ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization and client operations.
- Ability to create detailed, professional, and proactive reports for our clients utilizing our electronic guard reporting software. (No Paper Reports)
- Deliver a "Gold Standard" level of customer service and commitment based of SecureOne core values.
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards while upholding the integrity of our clients and Secureone.
- Be flexible to work extra shifts and overtime as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS FOR SECURITY FIELD SUPERVISOR**
- At least 25 years old.
- Must obtain, by the first day of work, required security licenses (we can provide assistance with this if needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to pass an in-depth criminal background check and drug screening.
- Ability to effectively speak, read, and write in English.
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Valid phone number and working cell phone.
- Ability to effectively speak, read, and write English.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, or enter/exit a vehicle the majority of your shift.
