Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Access Control: Ensure operational efficiency of site by controlling access to critical infrastructure.
  • Site Monitoring: Conduct thorough foot patrols around the premises to observe anything out of the ordinary.
  • Procedures and Protocols: Have a thorough understanding of standard operating procedures, site-specific post orders and duties, and client safety programs.
  • Integrity and Professionalism: Demonstrate the highest levels of integrity in the performance of your duties.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service while displaying a positive attitude.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate keen attention to detail in all aspects of the job to ensure safety and security for all on-site.
  • Communication: Communicate professionally with supervisors, peers, client associates, and the general public.
  • Team Performance: Ensure that the security team meets organizational goals for productivity, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Technical Skills: Display intermediate/advanced computer skills to utilize the proprietary software on-site (CCure alarm systems and CCTV programs).
  • Confidentiality: Make ethical judgment decisions while carrying out your responsibilities according to company and client policies.
  • Confidentiality and Flexibility: Handle sensitive information and material, and in doing so, remain confidential at all times. Maintain a flexible schedule and ability to work overtime in the event of an emergency.
Requirements
  • Guard Card: Must possess a valid AZ unarmed Guard Card.
  • Age and License: Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Certifications: CPR, AED, and First Aid certified. (We provide this training free of charge)
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States legally.
  • Background Check: Submit a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
  • Education: Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Military Experience: If you have military experience, must be able to provide a copy of DD-214.
