- **The Role**_

Pat’s Heating & A/C is searching for a reliable and outgoing Administrative Professional to join our quickly growing team. Job duties include: evaluating customer calls and matching the right technician to every job; scheduling jobs and preparing the technicians so they can accomplish the highest quality service, every time; being the face of the company by answering phones, greeting walk-ins, creating invoices, pulling permits, and other administrative duties as necessary. - **Responsibilities **_
- Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences.
- Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.
- Record the results of each service call and create report summaries for senior management.
- Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
- Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
- Participate in training to boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatch of incoming orders.
- Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress.
- Work closely with the teams, you will help the team complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goals.
- Professionally answering the phone in a polite, friendly manner.
- Schedule and dispatch jobs for the technicians and apprentices
- Make sure all equipment is ordered and ready for each job, adhering to the quality checklist.
- Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training
- Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
