**Responsibilities**:

- Under the direction of the Administrator, manage and supervise all aspects of the facility's operations
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines related to senior care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and safety
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure proper medication administration
- Provide support and guidance to staff in handling dementia care and memory care needs
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their well-being is prioritized
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a senior care facility
- Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and financial resources effectively
- Knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, and dementia care
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team of dedicated professionals

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
