**Position Summary**

The IT Support Technician’s role is to provide level I support for LCHC’s user base. This involves answering help desk calls, logging support tickets, installing and maintaining onsite hardware, and troubleshooting IT issues via phone, remote support, and in person.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills and a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Technical understanding of all user-facing hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
- 1-2 years of work experience and an associate degree desired. - Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.

**Required Kn**owledge, Education, Experience or Licensure/Registration**
- Associate degree desired
- A+ certification within 12 months of hire.
- MCSE or MCSA desirable.
