ProHealth Staffing is seeking a Accounts Payable Clerk for a busy, and fast-paced Ambulatory Surgery Center located in Beverly Hills, CA.

**What We Offer For Our Accounts Payable Clerk Role**:

- **Salary**:Competitive compensation of $20-$22 per hour, based on your experience and skills.
- **Work Schedule**:Full-time, consistent hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

**Accounts Payable Clerk Key Responsibilities**:

- Main duties includes scanning and organizing vendor invoices for the Accounts Payable department.
- Collaborate with AP to review and match the amounts with the invoices for weekly bill payments, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Assisting Accounts Payable with paying bills and following up with vendors for invoices.
- Handle vendor communication, resolving any issues related to payments and maintaining strong vendor relations.
- Support the business office with various administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of financial processes.

**Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a medical office and/or business office settings, or similar roles (accounts payable preferred).
- Experience with scanning and faxing documents.
- Experience with EMR

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
