WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are a property management firm that has an immediate opening for an Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper, MUST have significant experience with QuickBooks and Appfolio. We are looking for someone to assist with various accounting tasks such as bank reconciling, reconciling invoices and credit card statements, issuing checks, payroll, entering data, and maintaining organization of financial records.

Accounting Clerk

Hourly: Up to $30/hr plus discretionary year end bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recording transactions in Appfolio as necessary

Account Payable, Account receivable,

Post and reconcile credit cards.

Review banks’ transactions and update in QB.

Help with data entry through QuickBooks and AppFolio

SKILLS

Detail-oriented and willing to accomplish a variety of accounting tasks as assigned

Experience in bookkeeping, and other general accounting/administrative

Knowledge of (QBs, AppFolio, Excel, Word, Outlook)

Capable of thriving in fast-paced environment
