Job Type: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Work Days: Monday-Friday

Work Hours: 8:30-5:00 P.M. / ½ lunch break

Education: Associate degree in Accounting

Location: Rochester Hills, MI

This position is responsible for working in Accounts Payable and reports directly to the Credit Manager.

Essential Functions:

· Accurately review, code and process vendor invoices.

· High volume data entry associated with accounts payable.

· Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.

· Address and respond to vendor inquiries.

· Process utility bills, check requests and expense reports.

· Vendor reconciliations.

· Match receiving packing slips and invoices daily for two locations.

· Other Accounts Payable functions as assigned.

Required Skills:

· Associate degree in Accounting.

· 2-3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Professional team player who enjoys working in a busy environment.

· Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to successfully pass drug screen and background check.
