- The **Human Services Program Integrity Division (HS PID) **and the** Human Services Research, Outcomes, and Quality Support (HS ROQS) **units are recruiting for **Human Services System (HSS) Quality Review Specialists** who perform quality review work for one or more categories of public assistance such as CalWORKs, CalFresh, Foster Care, etc. HSS Quality Review Specialists conduct specialized eligibility audits, reviews, and investigations for the various public assistance programs. Incumbents also interview customers, individuals, and representatives of business/government organizations for fact verification and discrepancy resolution regarding the correct issuance of cash aid, CalFresh, General Relief, and other public assistance programs.

This position may require frequent field-based travel, home visits, and working outside of the office. **_Be sure to mark a willingness to work within a field-based position that may require frequent travel in order to be considered._**

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**

**Travel**:Travel throughout the County is required. Employees will be required to make provision for transportation. A valid California Class C driver license and proof of liability insurance must be produced and maintained for the individual providing the transportation.**Minimum Requirements**:
