Role Responsibilities
The Senior Psychiatric Specialist is responsible for conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and providing advanced treatment to patients within the State Hospital system. This role involves:
- Performing detailed psychiatric assessments and developing tailored treatment plans.
- Administering specialized psychiatric interventions and monitoring patient progress.
- Collaborating with the Recovery Team to ensure that care plans are effectively implemented and adjusted as necessary.
