**Position Overview**:
We're in search of an adaptable and detail-oriented Office Assistant, tailor-made for college students, to provide comprehensive support to both our CEO and team. This part-time role offers flexibility in hours, ensuring a harmonious balance between academic commitments and work responsibilities. Although occasional extended hours are required during the CEO's visits, our company culture deeply values flexibility and the unique needs of each individual.

**Position Highlights**:

- **Flexibility in Hours**: The role typically spans from 9 am to 12 pm, Monday to Friday, but we're more than willing to accommodate academic schedules, as long as you can cover standard business hours.
- **Occasional Extended Hours**: During the CEO's visits, which occur a few times a year, we anticipate ideal working hours to be extended from 12 pm to 8 pm.
- **CEO's Next Visit**:The CEO is scheduled to visit Santa Barbara from May 12th-15th. Another visit is planned for October 2024, with exact dates pending.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As an Office Assistant, your diverse range of responsibilities will encompass:

- **Efficient Task Management**: Execute daily office and personal errands meticulously and promptly.
- **Tech Proficiency**:Skillfully manage basic technologies and tech-related tasks, ensuring a seamless digital environment.
- **Event Support**: Collaborate on event setup and coordination, showcasing impeccable coordination and an acute attention to detail.
- **Personal Assistant Tasks**: Aid the CEO with personal errands like grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and ordering presents for family members.
- **Office Excellence**:Play a pivotal role in maintaining an organized office environment through tasks such as filing, data entry, and basic upkeep.
- **Project Assistance**:Provide unwavering support to executives and office staff in project execution, displaying remarkable versatility and adaptability.
- **Proactive Preparation**:Assist the CEO in daily preparations, tending to client folders and travel requisites.
- **Effective Communication**:Skillfully manage communication platforms, embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
- **Client Interaction**: Handle calls and client interactions with the utmost professionalism and competence.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Diligently prepare meeting documents, underscoring your attention to detail and organizational finesse.
- **Admin Support**:Contribute to administrative tasks such as document typing and overseeing office equipment.
- **Ad Hoc Excellence**: Eagerly embrace ad hoc projects, showcasing your proactive and versatile nature.
