Actively seeking a Marketing/Office Admin for a client in the real estate sector.
The right candidate will be involved in multiple levels of administrative support as well as marketing across various media platforms.

- Compensation: $70K annually + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and production of marketing materials (flyers, signage, tour-books, proposals, eblasts, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
- Website maintenance support
- Create mail merges
- Assist in Tenant and Landlord contacts
- Data Research and answering phones
Ideal Skillsets:
- Team player, positive attitude
- Able to organize and multitask in a busy office environment
- Ability to work independently, strong time management skills
- Tech savvy, skilled researcher
- Excellent writing and verbal skills
QUALIFICATIONS & OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS
- 2+ years experience in design programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- 2+ years office experience, working in marketing and/or Real estate
- Knowledge of Constant Contact
- High School diploma required, college degree preferred
