We're looking for a warm and caring individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. Our practice isn't just about adjustments and appointments; it's about creating a nurturing environment where patients feel welcomed, supported, and understood. **Responsibilities as an Office Assistant at Rilascio Chiropractic include**:

- Welcoming patients with warmth and sincerity.
- Answering phones with energy and enthusiasm.
- Collaborating closely with our doctors to enhance office efficiency and customer care.
- Handling billing and financial transactions with care and attention.
- Managing scheduling and patient follow-ups.
- Ensuring that every individual who enters our office feels embraced and valued.
- Assisting with office events, organizational tasks, and maintaining office functionality.

**Hours**:
Must be able to work the following, firm schedule:

- Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM
- Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
