The Housing Intake (PT) will work under the Director of Housing. The Housing Intake will be responsible for providing administrative support, collection of data, and program assistance. Possibility of transition to Full Time after a period of time and evaluation thereof.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greeting walk-in customers and other visitors and escorting them to specific destinations.
- Bilingual Preferred; Spanish, Creole or any Asian language.
- Obtain necessary signatures to ensure the efficient processing of admissions data according to housing counseling intake and procedures.
- Processing and preparing documents from clients who coming for housing needs and provided to counselor.
- Maintain and update database with current data in RX-Office system, pertinent information, and status of the referral as appropriate, recording details of the inquiry housing data. Maintains case notes consistently and accurately for tracking purposes.
- Promote the efficiency of case management programs by answering phones and assisting callers in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to case manager as necessary.
- Participate in **housing and energy program** and in training required.
- Assist with operations management duties, including workshop and energy client plus GPASS activity.
- Print, scan and up-load document into RX-0fiice is a **MUST**.
- Ensure the offices and grounds are appropriately maintained and orderly at all times.
- Copying files, maintaining records, and documents Put away documents in file folder.
- Receive/route calls, take messages, and route correspondence.
- Accurate and timely reporting by Friday at 5pm.
- Occasionally work on weekends if necessary
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Manage relationships with GPASS’s staff.
- Manage inventory to ensure there is a sufficient stock of supplies.
- Adhere to **GPASS policies** and protocols.
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
- Perform other related **duties as assigned**.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
