We are a well-established, 10-year-old company specializing in luxurious fine art portrait photography. With five studios, we pride ourselves on capturing timeless moments and creating stunning visual masterpieces for our discerning clients.

This position will be the heart of our company and ensure staff in all departments are fully supported. Current staff size is about 40 employees with growth plans to double within a year.

**Core Responsibilities**

*Quickly learn established company workflow in all departments *Work closely with management to establish hiring goals. *Maintain job posts and recruiting quotas.

**Qualifications**

*HR Experience required *Must be able to pass a background check. *Minimum Bachelors Degree required. *Must have good attitudes and be coachable by management. *High-energy personality and strong emotional intelligence. *High attention to detail and approaches to work in an organized manner are required. *Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

**Pay: Negotiable**
