Position Overview: As an Associate Client Service & Product Support Specialist -- Tax, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional tax services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing tax deposits and filings, as well as addressing client inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tax Expertise: Assist clients with their tax-related needs, including deposits and filings, while managing communications with state and federal agencies.
- Advisory Role: Utilize your expertise to provide solutions and guidance to clients, ensuring their challenges are addressed with a comprehensive approach.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through various communication channels, consistently exceeding their expectations.
- Product Knowledge: Leverage your understanding of ADP's products and services to enhance client satisfaction and provide insightful recommendations.
- Client Focus: Prioritize client satisfaction by promptly troubleshooting and resolving payroll and tax issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in client service or call center roles, or two years in an Insurance/Financial Institution setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clarity and understanding for clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with strong analytical and time management abilities.
Education: A college degree is beneficial but not mandatory. Relevant experience, including military service, is also valued and recognized.
