Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome patients/visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Verify patient payments
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office is preferred
- Familiarity with medical scheduling systems or dental practice management software is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
