**Responsibilities**:
- Answer inquiries about company and customer service calls.
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Work as receptionist backup when needed.
- Respond to questions regarding pricing and services.
- Process orders including order entry, order review for correct handling, pricing, quantities and shipping data.
- Inform customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by the customer.
- Scheduling orders in customer portals and arranging order pick up.
- Invoice customer orders.
- Partner with Shipping Department to ensure on-time delivery.
- Process replacements and sample request
- Knowledgeable in PowerPoint
- Create customer labels.
**Education and Work Experience Requirements**
- High school graduate or General Education Degree required.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 year prior sales and/or customer service relations experience preferred.
- Experience working in manufacturing industry preferred.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 42 per week
