We are looking for a **Supply Chain Coordinator** to support the Supply Chain function by completing inventory movements, data reconciliation, and validation. Executes **SAP **transactions and contributes to ad-hoc reporting.
- Support **Supply Chain Operations** for **plants**, tolling operations, and import of products:(60%)
- Execute daily entries and routine **transactions **related to SAP (**inventory**, QC, imports, master data, third-party transactional support, etc.), TMS load planning, execute purchasing receipts, invoice processing, and equipment tracking for Client and third-party sites.
- Perform tasks associated with equipment fleet coordination, product reclaim, etc.
- Validate and process vendor invoices
- Support the Sales and Operations Planning, Execution Process by managing the following activities: (30%)
- **Reconcile inventory**, execute SAP transactions
- Monitor stock levels vs. stock targets.
- Support Supply Chain initiatives, reporting, including digitalization: (10%)
- Extract and organize data for ad hoc reporting

**Requirements**:

- Buying or **Inventory Management** experience is strongly preferred
- **ERP **Experience (SAP strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with **Power BI Dashboards is a plus**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, or Technical field preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Customer Service, or Supply Chain Internship
- Experience in Transportation Management Systems preferred
- Proficiency with **Microsoft Office **Suite

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:
