At KION Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee various projects of significant magnitude. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direction to project teams, managing projects within the triple constraints of scope, schedule, and budget, and identifying and managing project risks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects of significant magnitude, including complex projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Provide direction to project teams, including assignment of individual responsibilities, tasks, and technical functions.
  • Manage projects within the triple constraints of scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Identify and manage project risks, including developing actionable mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze project profitability forecasts and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Provide project management practices and solution development leadership to pre-sales efforts.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, including all in-scope engineering, installation, and integration schedule activities.
  • Apply base principles of systems engineering in project execution efforts and pre-sales solution development efforts.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in the material handling industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management background.
  • Team leadership and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Projects.
