Position Overview

As a Logistics Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to implement logistics strategies for the timely and efficient delivery of finished goods, ensuring that products arrive complete and within budget. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and coordinating logistics efforts with both internal teams and external partners.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Providing essential support for daily logistics operations, addressing challenges, and ensuring timely product delivery
  • Contributing to the creation and execution of logistics strategies that impact the distribution of finished goods
  • Identifying and evaluating root causes of logistical issues and collaborating with partners to devise solutions and enhance performance
  • Building relationships with various departments to understand customer needs and suggest improvements
  • Documenting and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as necessary
  • Maintaining shipment data and records, generating monthly reports, and identifying trends for potential cost savings
  • Performing additional duties as required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Applications, and relevant software
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of transportation logistics principles
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for engaging with diverse groups
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Fluency in English and the primary language relevant to the area of responsibility
Educational Background

A Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a related field, or equivalent education and experience

Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related field
